Research on the Computational Methods of Eco-compensation Standard for Chan-Ba Ecological District in Xi'an Urban Areas

The computational methods of compensation standard are the focal point and are also difficulty in shaping of the eco-compensation mechanism. As for Xi'an Chan-Ba ecological district, there are three types of eco-compensation pattern: compensation for ecosystem services, compensation for river pollution, and compensation for water environment protection. The paper designs the computational methods for these three types of compensation pattern basing on eco-compensation theory, then calculates the amount of compensation based on the data acquired from Chan-Ba ecological district to test the applicability of the methods. The results show the methods are applicable and feasible.
