Phospholipids is an emulsifying substance that is found in the cell of many living organisms.It consisting of phosphatidylcholine (PC),phosphatidylethanolamine (PE),phosphatidylinositol (PI),phosphatidylglycerol (PG),phosphatidylacid (PA) and phosphatidylserine (PS) is extensively used for descending hypolipidemic,enhancing immunity,anti-oxidation,and anti-aging.It can be used as an additive,which has a wide range of applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
