We study a new class of systems of conservation laws admitting σ-shocks. We introduce integral identities which give the definition of σ-shocks for these systems and derive the corresponding Rankine-Hugoniot conditions. It is proved that the "area" transport processes between the moving singular one-dimensional δ- shock wave front and the region outside the front are going on. Balance relations describing these processes are derived.
