摘要

The molecular imprinting technique was firstly proposed in Wulff's seminal 1972 report,in which a matrix was polymerized around the template molecules,followed by removal of the template,this leaves host cavities that,ideally,retain a shape and functional group complementarily to the guest-template [1].There is a tremendous interest in the analytical applications of MIPs,however,there were less attention to the study on the chiral separation of racemic DABN by MIPs.In the paper,MIP were synthesised in porogen by conventional bulk polymerization method.And the characteristics of MIPs were investigated by static adsorption tests and high performance liquid chromatography.
