The human organized societies is based on the existence of free will and therefore, the ability of members of these societies to distinguish between good and bad and act accordingly. When the rules are violated and committed a crime, the immediate social reaction is moral sanction of the society then will state the sanction applicable by its the authorities of state. After applying these sanctions follow a fairly long and complex road to rehabilitation of the person who committed the crime. A number of social institutions are involved in this process with the aim of analysis, judge and process a person and his action in order to rehabilitate in the different perspectives - sociological and legal, theoretical and practical, present and future. In terms of criminal justice, the notion of crime is synonymous with the delict and the crime, and sociological this phenomena is associated with frauds, delinquency and criminality.
