Study on energy consumption and energy saving emission for the low carbon economy in Yunnan with uncertain factors and policy recommendations

The paper uses a large amount of data uncertainty analysis of a the Yunnan "12th Five-Year" period of low-carbon development, pointed out that economic development, eliminate backward production capacity, energy consumption and energy saving will be contradictions, and the main problem of the reality of low-carbon development in Yunnan. In 2011, Yunnan Province, to develop a low-carbon development in Yunnan Province Plan, the development of low-carbon economy will become a new impetus to the economic development of Yunnan "12th Five-Year" period.
