Research on Performance Evaluation Common Index system of Government Investing Construction Projects

摘要

On the basis of "common index system framework of budget performance evaluation", the paper improves the performance evaluation index of various stages (inputs, processes, outputs and effects) of "common index system framework of budget performance evaluation", according to the stakeholder theory, project management theory, mapping principle and combined with project implementation process. And it provides the implementation details of various stages of project management based on key performance indicator method. So it designs a set of performance evaluation common index system to provide reference for improving management performance of government investing construction projects.
