摘要

Based on the food processing characteristics, environmental pollution which are produced by various food processing are analyzed; Further, the sustainable development environmental protection countermeasures which should be adopted in food processing are proposed. Namely, it is necessary to strengthen the environmental protection consciousness and apply educational measures to promote agriculture; the food ecological protection and construction should be combined closely; the leading enterprises' construction and production must strictly observe the environmental protection laws and regulations and fulfill the national environmental effect evaluation system as well as the three simultaneousness system exactly ; the chemical fertilizer and pesticide should be used reasonably and the comprehensive preventive technology of the plant diseases and insect pests should be popularized; the management of the worn-out mulching plastic and the poultry cultivation should be strengthened in order to reduce the environmental pollution.
