SELECTION OF ENTERPRISE ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE BASED ON TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

In the new economy era with fast-changing science and technology and external environment, organizational factors not only affect enterprises' technological innovation ability and performance, and may even affect the success of innovation. The traditional organization structure has not been seasoned to the requirements of technological innovation. This paper describes the influences of traditional organization structure on technological innovation and points out that network-based innovative organization is the best choice for technological innovations of enterprises.
