Research on Decision Model of SMEs Supply Chain under Uncertainty Environment

摘要

this paper researches how suppliers determine delivery date in the SMEs supply chain under uncertainty environment. With supplier order response time obeying exponential distribution and customer demand obeying Poisson distribution, the paper sets up supplier delivery time model under uncertain delivery time and gives corresponding measures that suppliers should take when determine delivery date. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward effective strategies about how to reduce or eliminate the risk of uncertainties in consideration of the uncertainty of supply chain management environment.
