摘要

The value of an enterprise is basis for its survival and development in market economy, and its social responsibility as a mission in the process of globalization can not be avoided. While SMEs are creating profits for shareholders and responsible, they also should bear on the consumer, employee community, and the environment. Therefore, to create business value and form value creation model on the basis of social responsibility is becoming a mainstream model today. It is the objective and necessary requirement of sustainable development strategies for SMEs to take the cost of social responsibility, and this can form a positive interaction between them. Therefore, to form a value chain, value platform, value net and other value creation model avaliable with a consideration of both the social responsibility of SMEs and SMEs value creation will promote the sustainable development of SMEs.
