摘要

Aiming at the difficult network structure of H1000 high speed packaging machine and the difficulty of diagnosis, a network diagnosis system is designed. The system uses multi-stage cascade to realize low latency network synchronization between the backbone network and sub-network of H1000 control network. The results show that the system information is accurate, fast response and intuitive to display, the diagnostic efficiency is up to 98%, which plays a positive role in improving the efficiency of the equipment.
