Silicon Valley is the earliest and the most successful high-tech park, whose success attributes to many factors. One of the crucial factors is the favorable investment and financing environment and the corresponding investment and financing model. The favorable investment environment includes relaxed legal environment, effective park management, and the support of the U.S Government. The corresponding investment and financing model includes venture capital of Silicon Valley, Silicon Valley Bank and NASDAQ listing.
