AHP Analysis of Influential Factors in Team Effectiveness

摘要

This article employed Analytic Hierarchy Process (hereinafter referred to as AHP) to make a quantitative analysis in the importance degree of influential factors in team effectiveness and calculated the weight value of importance of all factors that affect team effectiveness, concluding that we ought to attach great importance to influences of the running process of a team on effectiveness of a team.
