摘要

The temperature control including environmental temperature, preheating temperature, post-heating temperature is the main factors to reduce the welding residual stresses and lower heat influence zone at welding line. Their three relationship are discussed in this article, and optimized by the means of the field test and practical operation, a series of construction points and supporting measures has be summarized at the 'Dun-huang station project' and 'Yu-zhu project', which is proved very effective and can be applied at the similar environmental district.
