In November 2010, the state council issued the law, called < some opinions on the current development of pre-school education >, the law emphasizes the special importance of preschool education. Educational Technology is a subject with the development of Information Technology. Most of time, our attention is paid to the combination between modern educational technology and primary school, middle school, college and so on. However, effective use of information technology has an enormous potential in improving the quality of preschool education. The article analyzes the background, matriculate and course offered on the professional construction of modern preschool educational technology.
