The internet, which is a double-edged sword, has double effects. In this paper, the author describes the influence , which the Internet has made to the development of university students psychology, from different angles including cognitive, behavioral processes, emotional processes and emotional self-awareness. This article also describes the merit of the network learning which has changed college students' situation. With the help of internet they can make full use of online information resources and create new employment opportunities which enhance their own ability to adapt to the social development.
