The intention of Korean government is to establish a pre-road map of development by the government itself and to possess the international competitiveness responding to powerful nations of biochemical industry such as America, Japan, Germany etc through early establishment and continuous expansion of biochemical industry from initiative construction of relative infrastructure. By promoting biochemical industry, deduction of CO_2 emission, less dependency on petroleum and fortifying the competitiveness of five significant parts of industries which we have already discussed, is expected. In other words, attempt of fortifying industrial competitiveness of the national institute and materializing new growth driven industry by reliable network of up- and down-stream industry is being progressed.
