The Extreme Ranks of Submatrices to Reflexive g-inverse

For a square block matrix M over quaternion algebra, we consider the ranks of submatrices inthe reflexive g-inverse M+. As applications, we establish necessary and sufficient conditions such that the quaternion matrix have special reflexive g-inverses.
