Investigation of Enterprise Core Competence and Its Relationship with some important capabilities

摘要

To remain unbeatable in competitive market, the firm should have unique capabilities that are called core competence. It is the superior firms’ skill and ability to protect its advantage through competencies and rare resources that provide a sustainable competitive advantage. In this study, one core competence evaluation system is developed, the influences of the organizational culture, growth strategy and organization against core competence are analyzed, and the relationships among organizational culture, growth strategy, organization learning and core competence are explored.
