Consecutive years of rapid development of China's economy has not only brought about a profound influence in the world, but also promoted the rapid development of domestic venture capital. In order to maintain the future of the domestic economy and fast development, China has made a major strategic decision which it's going to build an innovative country, the core task is to enhance the capability of independent innovation and to transform the economic growth mode. At the national macro-environment for the development of independent innovation, venture investment must come to mutual promotion and coordinated development with the independent innovation of small-and-medium-sized enterprises and high-tech industry.
