The relation between the energy imbalances and the dissipation rate imbalances is derived for the model of strong MHD turbulence which implies incoherent straining imposed by subdominant waves on a dominant wave packet and a pinning of the spectra of counter propagating Alfven waves at the dissipation scale. The comparison of the obtained result to the results of recent numerical simulations shows that the fitting is poor both for the weakly and strongly imbalanced cases.
