VARIANCE ANALYSIS BASED SOFTWARE FAULT LOCALIZATION

摘要

Automated diagnosis of software faults can improve the efficiency of the debugging process. So it is an important technique for the development of software dependability. This paper proposes an automated fault localization method based on the analysis of variance, which improves the accuracy of the existing methods. Then we prove it by experimenting on a widely used set of test programs from Software-artifact Infrastructure Repository.
