摘要

Because of the traditional straightness error evaluation drawbacks in the experiments, straightness error evaluation platform based on virtual instrument is established by using LabVIEW8.5.It can complete the measured signal acquisition, real-time analysis processing and the contour curve display, and the accuracy of the straightness error value is presented by using different methods such as the two endpoints link line algorithm and minimum zone algorithm. An example of experiments and test data are provided. The system is easy to program and fast to execute, which can meet the needs of the teaching experiment.
