Research on the multi-objective decision making on selection the industry investment project under the government leading

摘要

The problem of enterprise investment decision making needs considering from industry orientation, allocation plan, economic and social benefits and land utilization perspectives, it can use multi-objective decision analysis and select the better project. This paper uses TOPSIS method to designs the multi-objective decision making model for industry investment. It can be apply to Zhejiang provincial high-tech industrial zone, do an empirical research on selecting the industry investment projects in 2010, make the best decision for provincial high-tech industrial zone. The research supplies an effective decision support for the local government's management.
