In knowledge economy era, loyalty of knowledge-type staff determines modern enterprise's fate, how to manage the loyalty of knowledge-type staff has become an important task of nationalized coal enterprise. First, loyalty fall to knowledge-type staff in nationalized coal enterprise is introduced. Then, material reasons of loyalty fall are analyzed in detail. Finally, some strategies are put forward to increase loyalty of knowledge-type staff, help nationalized coal enterprise utilize human resource advantages properly, and improve enterprise's competitive power.
