Based on the dataof typhoon in 1949-2009, 11 Provinces and cities of China coastal, we establish database on typhoon disaster in China's coastal, analyzes the characteristics of space and time, and selected the wind, heavy rains and disaster number caused by typhoon as indicators, according to the calculation formula, complied the hazard distribution map of typhoon disaster in Coastal areas of China during 1949-1999 and Landing cities in Southeast coastal areas during 1949-2009. The results show that the risk from south to north gradually decreasing trend in China's coastal areas; the highest risk in guangdong and fujian provinces of China's coastal provinces and cities; Low risk areas are liaoning, hebei province and tianjin. In Southeast coastal cities, the highest risk area is zhanjiang city of guangdong province; higher risk area is wenchang city of hainan province; coastal cities of Zhejiang are less dangerous than other provinces.
