Multi-scale flood risk assessment applied research

摘要

Based on flood risk assessment and zoning results for sub-national regions, applied research for flood disaster risk in three spatial scales had been done. The results showed that: large-scale disaster risk warning is useful exploration to deal with floods risk in Wenzhou City. Flood dike standard and spatial distribution can be used to for the middle scale disaster prevention and mitigation project's design and implementation in Pingyang County. Temporary disaster forced migration is an effective measure for flood disaster response of small spatial scales area in Shuitou Town.
