摘要

To explore status of performance management and problems of university P.E. teachers engagement system under the new public management, and then to set up scientific and comprehensive performance testing system, discover an effective university P.E. teachers engagement and management system, the research find Zhengzhou universities' teachers have to complete a certain scientific research workload which is quantized as Chinese core journal, ordinary Chinese journal, literature, projects and awards. Most P.E. teachers think the evaluation of teachers' business ability should take the teaching ability as the mainline while only a few P.E. teachers think it should take the scientific research ability as the mainline. We suggest that P.E. teachers should choose positions based on their business characteristic and acquaintance of their business ability, then to achieve reasonable disposition of teachers resource and take advantage of the potential of each kind of teachers.
