A Model of Tax Performance Management Based onKnowledge-Sharing

From the perspective of knowledge management, this paper analyzes the model of tax performance management. Based on the classification and interpretation of related definitions, it first sets out the factors of tax performance and their impacts. Second, it builds up the theory of the model of tax performance management and points out the constituent elements. Finally, it puts forward the path of realizing of the model of tax performance management.
