From the new vision of psychology-based management concept and psychology capital theory, this paper discusses the procurement and improvement of the employees' quantity and quality of psychology capital, embeds the psychology capital into human resource management system, and helps to improve the profit and to enhance the competitive power of the enterprise. In addition, the psychology capital interference strategy in HRM will be proposed and a new idea of improving and training the psychology capital of employees will be represented in order to give some apocalypse to the modern human resource managers.
