In recent years, intensive efforts have been conducted in order to commercialize the proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) for the automotive and residential applications. For automotive utilization of PEMFC, operational conditions are much more severe than the residential applications, i.e., the durability of 5,000 hours at 120°C under low humidity conditions is required (1).
