This work introduces an open tool, namely SBM tool, for brand monitoring in social media which can be used for SMEs involved in e-commerce, SMB tool is actually a prototype which bases it analysis on Twitter contents using both the computational resources provided by Windows Azure's PaaS service model and the sentiment analysis algorithms at the state-of-art. Through our prototype, we allow the inexpert researcher to start a new search or analysis providing a shared database, a user-friendly interface and new functions that are usually missing from several commercial tools.
