There is no method of electromagnetic modelling, which is well suited for any practical application, but requirements on different methods for Computational Electromagnetics, created by practical applications, are leading to certain trends of method selection and hybrid combinations of them. The comparison of the methods is accompanied by practical applications and an outlook on futural demands.
