摘要

The work we do has both people aspects and technical aspects, and both need adequateattention. The focus in this paper is mainly on the people aspects of project management. It isthe aspect that can make the greatest difference between whether we have just a group ofindividuals working on a project, or whether we have a team working on a project.In this paper we will talk about five main topics:1. What is a team?2. Organizing a team;3. Roles and responsibilities;4. Teamwork: What is it? How do we do it?5. Teambuilding-Giving life to the team.
