In recent years, although Human ResourcesOutsourcing becomes popular in china, risks contained in theprocess of Human Resources Outsourcing restrict its furtherdevelopment and prospect. This situation not only goes againstthe development of Human Resources Outsourcing service, butalso makes it difficult for the outsourcing enterprises to developcore competitive strength through Human ResourcesOutsourcing. For the above reasons, Outsourcing Risks becomean important research subject in the field of Human ResourcesOutsourcing. Currently, most of the researches are concentratedon the demanding party of Human Resources Outsourcingservice market, without considering the risks caused by supplies.This paper analyzes Human Resources Outsourcing Risks fromthe perspective of service providers and raised the measures toreduce risks.
