摘要

An important factor for solving the requirements of ultrasonic imaging systems is the mechanic scanning system which can be 90% of the price of the whole system. We have developed special scanning systems for immersion technique, water split- and non-contact techniques with air coupling. This paper presents details about ImmersionScan, FlatScan, RobockScan, Muse and FlexiMuse. Muse and FlexiMuse are systems for in-service inspections with water split coupling as well as for focused transducers (local immersion technique). For the air-coupled inspection of aircraft- and space components with complex geometries large roboter systems with 10 axes have been realized with Robo-Technology and Eugen Ostertag. These systems are installed at Airbus Helicopters in Donauworth/Germany and at Ruag Space in Zurich/Switzerland.
