There was proposed an energy spectrum modification of bremsstrahlung X-ray radiation intensity, which is based on elimination of certain initial section i.e. it is presumed that the spectrum is equal to zero in the interval from zero energy to a certain minimal energy. There was introduced method to estimate above-specified minimal energy on the base of two magnitudes of radiation intensity, produced experimentally (with account for detector spectral sensitivity) for two different maximal energies in the spectrum, i.e. for two different voltages on X-ray tube. Application of the modified spectrum allows adequate calculations of parameters values of X-ray non-destructive systems expressed in terms of effective energy for number of radiation quanta.
