The health assessment of land ecosystem based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Land use is the most fundamental part of "man-land relations", the change in land use is the most direct expression of human role in nature. In this paper, we use Landsat images and statistical information, basing Grid GIS technology, using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to evaluate the land ecosystem health at different land use type in badaojiang area. The results show that, the health of forest ecosystems is the best, building sites ecosystem health is the worst. This result can provide a theoretical basis to the future land use change, to reduce inappropriate land-use process measures, thus reach the most efficient use of land, to achieve sustainable use of land.
