This paper considers the resilient stabilization problem by means of static output feedback with memory for delayed systems with interval uncertainties. The control is designed to guarantee that the resulting closed-loop systems are not only robustly stable, but also positive. We focus on the controller respect to additive controller gain variation which also belongs to an interval. Necessary and sufficient/sufficient conditions are established for the existence of the resilient controller and the desired controller gain matrices can be solved effectively via the cone complementarity linearization techniques. Numerical examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
