Empirical Research of China's Foreign Trade and Eco-environment Granger Test Based on Chinese Data from 1989 to 2008

摘要

With the continuous development of China's foreign trade, the eco-environmental protection has become urgent problem. The relationship between foreign trade and eco-environment are tension and coordination. This paper explored the interacted effects of China's foreign trade and eco-environment by econometric methods, found China's foreign trade does granger cause eco-environment, and the eco-environment does not granger cause China's foreign trade. On this basis the paper gives some policy recommendations.
