@@INTRODUCTION One of the most used transparent conducting oxide materials is ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) with more than 85% transmittance in visible area and over specific resistance of 1.1X10-4Ω·cm. Transparent and conductive ITO have been widely used as transparent electrodes of solar cells, touch panels and liquid crystal displays [1, 2]. Substrates for flexible displays are multilayer composite structures comprising a polymer-based substrate on which functional thin film is deposited. These thin films are transparent conducting oxides, a polymer-based substrate is lighter than a glass-based substrate and easier for processing. The adhesive strength between thin film coating and plastic substrate should be excellent for durability against the tension, bending and compression.
