Influences of Innovative Culture to Economic Growth and the Research of Its Mechanism: A doctrinal decipherment to the important implication of create innovative cultural system of an enterprise

This paper explains the inherent relationship between innovative culture and economic growth by theoretical analysis of the theory of endogenous economic growth, then proposes corporate innovative culture and the innovation capability matching model. The innovative culture as the introduction of non-factor endogenous growth model, constructs the operating mechanism model and mathematical model. This paper systematically analysis the bump function when culture of innovation as the independent variable and economic growth as the dependent variable. Propose innovative cultural power concept, in order to explain why the innovative culture will produce different results to economic growth. Come to the conclusion that the effectiveness of enterprise innovation culture system must be on the basis of human resource management and knowledge management.
