Does Android Dream with Intelligent Agents?

摘要

In this paper, a new agent model "specially" designed for the recent Android'Google SDK is presented, where the Android mobile phone can be considered agent software.This agent model has an approach more practical than theoretical because it uses abstractionswhich allow to implement it on various systems. The appearance of Android as an open systembased on Linux has created new expectations to implement agents. Now, agents may run in dif-ferent hardware platforms, one approach useful in Ubiquitous Computing to achieve intelligentagent embedded in the environment, which can be considered the vision of the intelligent ambi-ent. Finally, the proposed model abstractions that were used to design the Android agent hasbeen employed to implement a simple example which shows the applicability of the proposal.
