Based on the analysis of the characteristics of network audit, taking communications enterprise for example, this article establishes network audit risk index system, and then by using the method of entropy weight work out the weight of each factor. Finally, the article established fuzzy comprehensive evaluation risk assessment model of network audit in communications enterprises and analyzed the results.
