基于三角模糊熵的装备维修合同商保障风险评估

         

摘要

There are some risks involved with the contractor support of equipment maintenance. This paper makes a risk assessment of the equipment maintenance contractor support to choose the best equipment maintenance contractor.By researching the existing documents and bidding processes and giving full consideration to the particularity of military equipment maintenance, the authors construct the risk assessment index system of equipment maintenance contractor support.In line with the principle of maximum sum of deviation square and by use of the triangular fuzzy number and entropy method,the authors build a model for the risk assessment of equipment maintenance contractor support.The triangular fuzzy entropy method minimizes the influence of subj ective factors on the assessment results and makes the multiple-attribute comprehensive assessment values as scattered as possible and the assessment results clearer.The validity and practicality of the model are finally tested and verified in a case study.%针对装备维修合同商保障存在的风险问题,对装备维修合同商保障风险进行评估,以选择最优的装备维修合同商。通过分析以往资料和招投标过程,在充分考虑装备维修保障特殊性的基础上,构建装备维修合同商保障风险评估指标体系。在离差平方和最大原则下,构造基于三角模糊数和熵值法组合赋权的装备维修合同商保障风险评估模型,最大限度地减少了主观因素对评估结果的影响,同时使各评估对象的多属性综合评判价值尽可能分散,评估结果更加清晰。最后,通过实例验证了模型的有效性和实用性。
