In this paper, A Labor relation index system is established on the basis of the theory of risk management. All the indexes are trained by BP neural network through the MATLAB 7.1 software. The simulation of the other data has been proved that the learning and training of BP neural network can determine the weight of each index to carry out the output target scientifically and reasonably. We may design the early warning mechanism of labor relations by the self-organizing features of BP neural network.
