Traditionally the wind industry has relied on the Measure-Correlate-Predict (MCP) methodology to conduct long-term correlations with reference sites. Recent research by WindLogics using Support Vector Regression (SVR) techniques has resulted in the development of a more advanced correlation procedure known as Enhanced-Measure-Correlate-Predict (E-MCP). This methodology uses an advanced computational learning system that hinges on the detection and use of complex patterns and relationships in data.
