Exploration and Application of Process Approximation Method on Cleaner Process Evaluation

摘要

Cleaner process evaluation is an important part of cleaner process design. Through a case study, this paper elaborates the steps and principles of the application of process approximation method, which is one method of cleaner process evaluation.
