Design of Automatic Sorting System of Boxed Drugs Based on Profibus-DP

摘要

Manual sorting operation is the traditional approach to the distribution of drugs in the hospital pharmacy, which needs more workers. It is the approach of intensive labor with low efficiency and high error rate. In order to improve the technique of sorting drugs, a practical automatic sorting system of boxed drugs based on Profibus-DP has been designed. The paper describes the design of mechanical structure, hardware and software. The system can be flexibly configured according to user's need, and it has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in the use and the maintenance.
